The second photo of the candles are effective in advertising as they have a striking focal point and the use of the rule of three enables people to look at it closely. The use of shadow helps create a more glowing affect and the use of the background shows the objects are household objects.
The third picture of the book is effective as it takes up half of the screen and is quite humours matching the books quotes. It also shows that the book can fit anywhere, on a shelf or at a desk. The third photo is one of my best images as it's simple. It helps keeps composition simple, it avoids a busy background that can distract someone.
The third photo of the monkey has a strong focal point, I took this photo from a low angle, the lighting helps show the depth and filter to the image. It also gives more character to the picture, as it highlights how people can neglect toys and leave them to gather dust.
The image with the chair has a strong focal point, and there isn't much noise in the background. The lighting is good, as it adds interest to a photo and it determines what the photo is before composing it. The photo reminds me of items we have in our houses that we don't tend to use, that would never be used to fill its purpose, the use of the small pillow represent how people can neglect items.
The second photo of the dog is effective as we can focus on its eye contact, we can take the picture into more depth by making it more dramatic. The use of aperture, enables me to create a solid cool tone. We can see that the dog is focusing on something, perhaps they tend to think on random objects .
The image with the toy is placed there to show the rich colours with comparison to the window helps display meaning and thought. The aperture of the camera has been able to create the depth of detail.
The photo with the bath sign has very good composition as its displayed behind a window which has good lighting it adds passion to a photo it helps keeps eye connection simple, it avoids a busy background that can distract someone. It's also very symmetrical, which makes it look more attractive to look at.
The third photo of the little hinge is effective as I was able to capture the shadows of the object, thus giving it more life to a picture. The rule of thirds is used very will and gives more attention to the object as there isn't anything that would distract eye contact.
The lego at the bottom is effective was it often reminds ourselves of our old neglected toys that we don't have anymore. The art concepts has rich colours and a good use of depth and detail within the colours making the picture more vibrant and rich.
